ABOUT ME
I love Mother Earth. The only home is where my feet stand.
I live simple life.
Life of a good-hearted pirate, a humanist, a hedonist in a way.
I read, I eat, I feel, I move, I share.
There are too many bad books in this world, as well as bad tattoos and bad restaurants. So I pick them carefully.
Horseback rides in the fields are as efficient as running the marathons if I need to reset my mind.
Discovering medicines, tastes and cuisines is the main point of most of my trips (except mountain trekkings when I eat anything). I love foraging and freegan life and hate big stores or shopping malls (they should be officialy forbidden I think). I am what I eat, so I eat with a real attention.
I've been on the go for last four years. Currently I live on board of sailing catamaran, travelling across the seas and doing what I love most: feedind others with not only food, but soul, energy, health. All served together on one plate.
PHILOSOPHY
Le vent nous portera....The wind knows better, trust it.
The worst the world around you, the better you need to be, simply to make some balance.
Help, don't harm, respect any kind of life, quit the plastic!
Karma comes back, then tip a lot.

Cooking, wellbeing, health. I'm a yoga teacher and will gladly practise with you. I can show you how I find a treasure in the mess of a secondhand shop. I can take you for your first barefoot jogging and explain why it's so good. I'll defenitely cook out for you and will take you out.
