ABOUT ME

I am a hyperactive, adrenaline seeking young male. I think consumerism ain't cracked up to what people think. I don't fly. I try to live within my means. I'm the product of two aging hippies. Atheist. Anarchist, but if you can't beat 'em join em. i don't understand patriotism, i think we are all descendant from one another. Brothers and sisters 'n' all that.

I've worked for Scotland's main conservation charity, The National Trust For Scotland. I love trees. As a tree surgeon i am a doctor to the trees.

I'm a believer in keeping old motors running. Energy wise it is much more efficient to repair than replace. Old Land rovers are my thing. I have rebuilt and slightly modernized some, and i run them on bio-fuels. Not that i think this is the future, the world needs food, but reducing use of oil based fuels is never a bad thing. I love to weld, make things from metal and wood. I have training in engineering and woodworking.

I race downhill (mountain biking) which is why I'm bust at the moment...

i like to teach people welding and wood turning. Its a very pleasing thing when i see someone develop the skills/techniques that i myself enjoyed learning. I have a bee in my bonnet about bicycle maintenance, i often start preaching about this...
