ABOUT ME

I travel now with my boyfriend Fred, see a picture of both above.
I am kind of all about culture : cinema, theatre, danse, photography, museum, music... especially "underground" culture.
I like eating and preparing food too ! I like wine of course (as a French !). I like discovering foods from other countries and trying receipes.
I am concerned by a new way of consumerism : buy intelligent ! and I am concerned by the safety of our planet : please do not destroy it !
Fred and me are involved in different clubs, especially one nearby our house called "Chantiers Tramasset" where old boats, dedicated to the river navigation, are repared or built. So we have the opportunity of sealing onto the river Gironde and onto the river Garonne too. It is a great pleasure ! We like the nature, especially the sea, Fred is a surfer and I am learning who to surf !! Well, it is quite hard !
We now have a 3 years child named Olivia.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When I was living in Toulouse, a big city, I have hosted more than I ask for hosting.
At each time it was a pleasure to meet different persons and talk with them. It's always extremely positive and make you feel a world's inhabitant !
Now, till august 2009, we are living in a small town called Langoiran not far away from Bordeaux and we had not a lot of requests for couch ! It is not the same thing. Nevertheless we do not desesperate ! Langoiran is small but there is always something to do or to see !

Interests

Culture in general
Books and novels from foreign countries, I really like novels from Nothern Europe. The have a pure humour !
Photography and I try to visit the more exhibitions about photography I can.
Music, but only French music ! I prefer when I understand the songs ! But I am not against music from other countries, I like discovering !
Cinema, not blockblusters, especillay "small films" showing how people are linving all around the world.
What else : human rights, fair trade, poesy everywhere it could be showed or listened, taking the time to look around, stars on the night, THE SEA...
