ABOUT ME

I'm a Mama to a magical little girl and a companion to a sweet souled dog. I have lived in southeast Ak. for 6 years. Before settling down here I lived all over Alaska (Denali,Talkeetna,Homer,Sitka)California,Oregon,Utah,Colorado. I am your basic nature loving granola head. I live for my time outside.....walking in the woods,skiing,biking,backpacking. I love to dance,sing,laugh,read,write and share my time with good friends. For work I support adults experiencing developmental disabilities through supported employment, recreational therapy and companionship.

I have just discovered this project, but I hope to find a couch in Fairbanks some time this summer. I have a big comfy couch I look forward to sharing.

I also enjoy Thich Nhat Hanh, Pema Chodron, Ed Abbey, Vonnegut, Jerzy Kozinski, Shadows on the Koyukuk, Two in the Far North, The Color Purple, Mothering Magazine, Utne Reader and ADBUSTERS.
