ABOUT ME

Well I'm 23, I love to wander, I like meeting new friendly people, I like random adventures into the unknown, I like cheap gallons of wine (let's be honest, I think we ALL do...), I love music (especially bluegrass and folk but most anything will do as long as it has good beats and such), I love reading, hiking, camping, playing music, goats, rocking chairs, playing in the rain, doodling with sidewalk chalk on a warm sunny day, swimming, etc.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I lived out of my car last summer while driving across the country (my car can no longer make such a journey), I've crashed on friends' couches out in Colorado, I'd like to return the favor to the Universe and maybe crash on a few random fun couches in the future.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like old movies and old cartoons (not into the whole CGI noise); I love music! Everything from Woody Guthrie and John Hartford to Isreal Vibrations to The Moldy Peaches. I love reading too; my favorites are Gary Snyder, Allen Ginsberg, Thich Nhat Hanh, Kurt Vonneget, Jack Kerouac, et al.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was hiking in the Rocky Mtns last summer and I got stuck IN a hail/lightning cloud at the top of a ridge on the Mummy Range and had to duck under stunted shrubby spruce being the only thing to use as shelter until the storm passed.
