About Me

PHILOSOPHY

Walk lightly on Earth.
Stand on your own two feet.
Help those who can't.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have built this museum and farm. There's not too many places I'd rather be, so I travel little.
But I do like to have people visit here. Come spend the night, or longer, anytime you wish. I have a very large comfortable house with many couches and beds, and a very nice cabin, ..for those who desire more privacy.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Stayed with a family in Berlin. They became great friends.
A group of friends and I, traveled across the US, to work with the United Farm Workers and Ceasar Chavez. We sang at various churches along the way, in exchange for a meal and a floor to sleep on. Wonderful!

Interests

History, antiques, appropriate non-electric "technology", organic gardening & farming, Ancient Traditional Wisdom of the Original People's of this land, Dowsing, Ceremony, animal rescue, telling a good story.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am never without a book to read. Most any subject is good.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Prayed with the White Buffalo Calf Woman Pipe. Traveled to Iraq, before the war, to pray for peace.
Raised three fine Humans.
Learned how to be "invisible".

Teach, Learn, Share

I give a pretty good talk, to groups from one to five hundred. I can, (and have), talked for five minutes to five hours with equal ease. Favorite subjects include, Ancient Traditional Wisdom, wilderness and survival skills, dowsing, organics.

Countries I’ve Visited

Canada, Germany, Iraq, Jordan, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In

United States
