HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING Since we're new to the system, couldn't say yet. Looking forward to participating by hosting! COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE As an old pagan, old SCAdian, old Marklander, and old SF fan, I've crashed on couches, had couch crashers, shared hotel rooms, etc. for years. Recently, we hosted the folks from ayearatthewheel.com for a few days. We've met some of our best friends this way, too.

Movies: Old musicals, comedies, SF. NO horror! Books: YES. Fiction, non-fiction, SF, Mysteries, etc. All of them. I'll even read bumper stickers, cereal boxes, sides of buses, and the back of the newspaper you are reading on the train. Music: Fairly ecclectic, lots of World and Folk music. About the only things that truly make me cringe are opera and Bantu nose flute!
