ABOUT ME

i tend to be seasonally employed doing plant-oriented work. during the summer, this means i may have a couch which i will make available. during the winter, i take a more nomadic approach. i grew up in connecticut and was educated there, but have been roaming the west since graduating. i lived in the mountains of idaho for the past 3 field seasons, but am currently in the sierra nevada of california.
i love travelling and meeting new people. i spent last winter in chile and argentina. the people there were amazing and very hospitable. it'd be great to make good by returning the hospitality to fellow travellers.

my 95 year old great grandfather's enormous and productive fruit and vegetable garden. so beautiful.
