CURRENT MISSION writing a book about travelling with ryanair for £1.00 ABOUT ME I gave up my career of 15 years last summer to write and travel.I have done the travelling bit for now and am currently trying to make some money writing so I can go travelling again. I am an old married woman and live veryhappily with "The Beard" and our 17 year old son , the older three are at uni and travelling. We love having people to stay and have "houseswapped" quite a lot and had students to stay. We are just a normal laid back sociable couple who would like to meet new people. PHILOSOPHY Have made loads of mistakes and would make them all over again.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I have a house in Dorchester , Dorset , England and Brittany in France where I have couches a plenty , maybe even a room COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE Am currently surfing in Torino Italy , have met some really fab hosts who could not have been nicer. I am excited to be doing my first hosting next week. I have hosted three times. I think I might have done a couchsurfing first when I hosted the same person first in our house in England and then a week later in our house in France. He is currently cycling from England back to his home in Spain.

Tempting cos I love film and books , but I refuse to be defined by this.Isn't couch surfing about meeting new people and exploring new ideas not just hooking up with people just like you ?
