Born a year before Elvis died, I still vividly remember the grief I felt. The teenage years were filled with a longing to me everybody and so meet myself.
I lived in England and Scotland in my early 20s and travelled in Western Europe

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was hitchhiking in B.C. and the cold fall night had come. a car pulls up and told me to hop in. Iwas a bit apprehensive because of the smell of alcohol. the driver was sober and told me I could stay on the couch. They feed me and gave me beer and a big breakfast in the morning. They only wanted two things they said, "Don't rip us off and send us a postcard".
To top it all off they gave me a ride to my destination after breakfast. Good karma.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Watching the sunrise with a kind Morroccan man who invited me into his meager household to eat fresh almonds and dates although we could not communicate through language.
