I'm Zhao from Singapore, a small country (not China) in South East Asia but with a melting pot of cultures. I speak English and Chinese natively, and some teochew dialect

I consider myself as a pretty easygoing guy, always open for an adventure, meeting new people and learning about new cultures/languages. I love slow travel, really getting to know the locals, language and culture. I love spontaneity and just going with the flow as most of the times it has been an unforgettable experience.

Usually I backpack with a sleep system and camping equipment so I can be anywhere.

I love collecting and listening to songs during my travels, to listen and remember the feeling after I'm back in my home country. So, please recommend me some!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing in budapest changed my life. Met a circle of friends around my age who welcomes travellers from all over the world, and now I wish to replicate that where I live
