Hi everyone! My name is Loren, I love to travel, eat delicious foods and explore countries to the fullest. I want to live like a local, and learn about local culture and customs. Touristy things are less appealing but be can check those out too. If you are a local, please let me know where I should visit next. My wife Kaylee and I have been living and traveling outside of the US since 2011. We lived all over Asia, Europe and the Middle East. This segment of our life, we are visiting cities and countries for a few months, making relationships and memories and then starting again.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm here to make friends from all over the world. I love learning about new cultures and experiencing new things wherever I go. It's hard and awkward approaching random people on the street trying to ask them about this new place that I'm visiting. So I think that CS can help us social people connect.

Interests

I love being out in nature. Anything from hikes through the mountains to camping on beaches. I also like doing anything that makes my heart race like sky diving, bungee jumping and kite surfing.
