About Me

In my nearly 30 years of marketing, I've worked in creative and strategic roles. After starting my own advertising agency, I found my calling in strategy consulting. My interest in connecting with China came from my desire to understand global views and help grow deeper business relationships across cultures. Shenzhen is known for being dynamic and innovative. It's a great place to use systemic thinking in new ways and learn from local entrepreneurs.

In my free time, I enjoy finding balance and inspiration through music and concerts—the more unique, the better—and swimming, whether in an indoor pool or in open water. My two children have introduced me to the exciting worlds of horse riding and soccer.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to learn from other people and not from travel guides or tourist hotspots.

Teach, Learn, Share

Watch more, act more thoughtfully – using awareness in management as a key resource

In our fast-moving world, being mindful is a key skill for thinking ahead and acting ahead of time. Mindfulness lets us see things from a bigger view, which is especially important when things are uncertain. It helps us understand deeply why we react the way we do and builds a foundation for stronger plans in organizations.

Countries I’ve Visited

Costa Rica, Croatia, Cuba, Czech Republic, Egypt, England, Germany, Italy, Kenya, Maldives, Mexico, Spain, Switzerland, Tanzania, United States, Zimbabwe
