ABOUT ME

I have respect for all walks of life on this earth and expect the same in return. The littlest things will make my heart sing like a butterfly landing on my shoulder, watching couples in love, or walking along the beach. Do i sound enough like a hippie yet?
my favorite thing to do in life is dance, i dance all over the place. the second fave on the list is laughing, you will never hear a fake laugh come out of my mouth. i like regular things like riding my bike, reading, camping, planting, aerobisizing and hula hooping.

Be happy! really, it's that simple and i believe it is a choice.

i travel, as everyone here does and i participate because i love the community/family feel of it. everyone being so inviting and so excited to meet new people and really make this work.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

before becoming a member with CS i have had the pleasure of staying at a friend of a friend's place in glasgow scotland, met some girls in key west once that stayed with me on their way out to cali and i stayed with them in boston the following year on a road trip and have had a number of bands stay with me that were on tour that i had just met at their shows. i never once had a bad experience with it, got to meet people from all over and learn something from each one. when i found this site i could not have been more excited. spread the love!

i'm interested in life, every kind there is. i am also interested in people and the amazing stories they have to tell, everyone has an amazing story in them.

latest books i've read: snow flower and the secret fan, the secret life of bees, the book of lost things, the namesake, me talk pretty one day, seeing me naked, interpreter of maladies...i like mostly fiction.
Music: where to start...i've been into the oldies beach rock type music lately. i love to just go see bands that i know nothing about ahead of time. i like indi, hip hop, old punk rock, rockabilly and anything that makes my hips shake.
Movies: lately they've been not so good but i love eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, juno, findinding nemo, you me and everyone we know, garden state, the sweetest thing, office space, dirty dancing...
