About Me

Visiting far away places was always my dream so I travel. Nature is my place to be, whether it's just a short wake-up walk or extensive full day hike.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far I've surfed at many awesome couches in lots of different countries. It's the best way to travel and I'm glad that I've discovered it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfing provides many advantages that normally a newcomer won't experience. Like offbeat and hidden paths, parts of the towns you normally won't see if you would stay in a backpackers. I had some great experiences in the past and I am looking to have loads more. :-)

Interests

I would try and get excited any kind of sports, I tend to go all in or nothing when it comes to it.
I love making things with my hands so crafting, pottery, woodworking, building, landscaping is my passion.
Really enjoy foraging, picking mushrooms, herbs or finding beautiful stones in nature. Observe closely the life in it, every aspect, then you understand. It's the teacher and it's right here, always, just need to take care of it. 🌈

Music, Movies, and Books

The music I enjoy varies from classic 60s music and psychedelic rock through neoclassical and ambient music to punk rock. It all depends on the music mood I am in. My musical taste is kind of all over the place. Recently I found a joy in psy-trance and electronic music.

One of my favourite shows is Breaking Bad.

I like to read beat generation literature, one of my favourite are books by J. Kerouac. I really enjoy reading absurd drama, dystopias and non-fiction.
Gabor Maté

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Why one???

Love to watch sunset and sunrise in nature. Every time.

Highlands of Scotland!

I wandered to every corner of Taiwan and saw its beautiful landscapes and met one of the kindest people in the world. Love that country!

I spend 15 months in New Zealand and it was the best time of my life - my mind opened to the world and I feel I am one step closer to find my true self. Most notably I loved Waiheke Island and Golden bay in South Island.

Scuba-diving, Sky-diving, Dumpster-diving you Name it!!!

I built a home on wheels inside of a Fiat Ducato which provides a cozy shelter on the roads ahead.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to learn about you, your travel stories, culture and interests. I am interested to learn how to cook new dishes, speak new words, or learn a new game.

In turn, I can teach you how to bake sourdough bread, tell you a bit about Slovakian culture. Try a sport together.
