I love music, languages, and food, which is why I have made them the centrepieces of both my personal and professional life. You will often find me playing my guitar/piano, trying to learn a new language, or cooking something for my friends. I also love playing chess and birdwatching, although I'm not particularly good at either. As a proud Capetonian, I've become a seasoned unofficial tour guide. While I'm a city boy at heart, I spend most of my free time running in the mountains, swimming in the sea or having a glass of wine with friends. I am always excited to make new connections – whether in Cape Town or abroad. I work remotely so I travel frequently but am flexible when in town.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My cousin got me into Couchsurfing, and since then, I have hosted three people. My first experience of hosting was with a fantastic couple from San Francisco, followed by an amazing Couchsurfer from Hong Kong. I hope to have many more experiences like these in the future.
