Hejj, my name is Jana and I'm a 26 year old student of protestant theology. When I was a child, my favorite time of the year was the vacation with my parents and my little sister. Now getting older it still feels like exploring how I want to travel now that I am on my own. Together with a friend I tried couchsurfing in Auckland, New Zealand, which was amazing! I really enjoy to get the chance to experience a place through the eye of a local or get some tips from them or just sit together and talk for a moment. And it's also really cool that, even while I'm in university and don't have that much money for traveling, I can afford to visit places everywhere around the world.

Interests

University has taken over my life haha I also work there for a professor and I'm part of different student organised groups that are engaged with social justice ideas. Apart from that I have a horse and two dogs and love to be outside. And to be true I'm still on my way of finding out my interests or finding new interests and starting to travel again was very important for me because the last years were quite hard with some hard losses in my family, so this is going to be a new chapter hopefully :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: everything from C. S. Pacat for sure! (you probably don't know her... but she is really amazing!)

Apart from that I read mostly stuff related to topics from my studys...I really enjoy Judith Butler, started recently to read Antonio Gramsci and Dipesh Chakrabarty ... So kinda specific stuff haha...

Movies... Hm I don't watch movies that often these days... But I became a bit of a marvel nerd some years ago by surprise... and I love all those other nerdy movies like Lord of the Rings. And dance movies :)

Music...I always loved Hip Hop and Rap... But my playlists are often mixes of pop, rap, classic, melancholic cloudy day song and some older classics, if I'm true with myself.
