About Me
CURRENT MISSION
travel and meet new people, sounds boring I know
ABOUT ME
I am fairly well traveled and always enjoy meeting new people. I have a wide range of hobbies and interests, lately been spending more time locally in Ontario doing camping, cottage, and houseboating and realize how big and unique this part of Canada is, happy to share this with others.
PHILOSOPHY
sometimes the best advice is .... no advice at all.
you never get what you don't ask for.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
There are some great people to meet around the world and it would be a shame not to have CS to help. Also I will let my friends know about CS so they can share the love.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
met some cool people off the site but also many without using CS. CS is a good tool and it's a great resource to have. I have known about CS for a long time but I am new at using it to meet new people.
Interests
where do I start?
snowboarding, reading, writing, graphic design, photography, surfing (on a surfboard), wakeboarding, traveling, long camping trips and driving in new countries and Canada. Meeting new people, talking, exercising. Any chance to do or learn something new is always time well spent.
I enjoy cooking and always learning more to cook.
My life changes every year and gets better with time. Always happy to share my experiences and help when possible.

Music, Movies, and Books
movies are a rare thing for me but doesn't mean I don't appreciate a good movie. Fight Club, Friday, Team America, Pulp Fiction
Music tastes change all the time. Lately I've been listening to:
soundcloud/rdio/tunein
nudiscoyourdisco
Ricardo Torres
Sean Keating
Books. I usually read practical books on marketing, psychology but am getting back into fiction.
I recently read Come thou tortoise by Jessica Grant and
Galveston by Paul Quarrington.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
New Zealand was one of the best places I visited. I rented a car and drove around the south island by myself.
My favourite trip that will always be in memory is my east coast Canada road trip in 2009. I drove 8000kms from Toronto to the top of Newfoundland at L'anse aux Meadows and back in a span of 1 month. Along the way I met up with friends and made a few more. I did lots of camping, at the start I met a good friend to see a 2 day music festival in Montreal called Osheaga. After a day in Quebec then off to camping in New Brunswick where I learned that ACDC were playing a massive concert with 3 day camping with over 5000 campers. Best concert of all time. Saw so many shooting stars on this trip including a meteor shower. Drove through Cabot trail and found some gem campsites. Arrived in Newfoundland to spend a good 2 weeks there including Writers at Woody Point festival, hiking Gros Morne mountain, and a visit to L'anse aux Meadows to see the Unesco heritage site.
I have many more life experiences all which have shaped the person I am today. Want to know more just ask :D
Teach, Learn, Share
online marketing, problem solving, starting your own business. I'm fairly good at this so if you want some free help just ask. At some point I would enjoy traveling the world to meet people and share my marketing skills.
