ABOUT ME

I'm deeply in love with Economics, so if you know anything on this (even if it's only how to spell Economics), chat me up! Love exchanging ideas and getting people's perspectives on different theories and the inter-connectivity Economics has to other areas of our lives as politics, math and social issues...and even choosing what to eat at a restaurant. I hate traveling, and that's why I'm on couchsurfing (obviously I'm being sarcastic). But what I enjoy most out of it is seeing the world through other peoples' eyes and seeing how different people's perspectives and priorities may be!

As for the rest of me, I'm curious by nature and enjoy life with all its twists and turns, and never shy away from an adventure, or the prospect of experiencing something new. I'm not a big fan or the ordinary or routine and share the curse of this generation which seems to want to live between the blurred lines, with traces of wanderlust sprinkled here and there! I care deeply about my fellow man and endeavor to be as helpful and loving as I possibly can. I've been described as sarcastic by some, which may be a good or bad thing, depending on your personality!

One of my greatest pleasures is enjoying a pint with friends up on a balcony on a warm summer's evening. Very few things come close to it!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Leeds has a very vibrant CS community that I'm very proud to be a part of. Additionally the people I've hosted, or I've had the pleasure of being their guests, have been marvelous with their rich stories and wonderful experiences. I look forward to the adventures ahead!!

Also, I consider CS a platform for learning and having fun. I travel to experience people and perspectives, and thus when it's time to give back to the community, I expect the same. I'm all for helping out, but if you're JUST looking for a free place to stay, please carry on, and happy travels! Otherwise, let's share, laugh and have fun :)

Interests

Anything halfway fun and I'm there. Enjoy plays and orchestras, pub-hopping, sky-diving, picking up elements from other cultures and incorporating them into how I live my life, non-profits and volunteering, live music, especially jazz...and flying (so got my pilot's license!) Also been doing a lot of dancing lately, particularly Latin dancing and Kizomba, so if you're into moving your feet, we'll have lots of fun! Currently trying to get into more outdoorsy activities like biking and camping (not going too well, city-living is my weakness).

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: mostly listen to Dancehall Reggae, EDM, Deep House, Hip-hop, Jazz (and I'll stop typing now coz I realize I'm just writing down all the genres of music). I enjoy most things. Just depends on time, place and my mood :)
