Backpacking since I turned 18, I have explored various places across India.
Prior to Covid, I was on my way to become a pilot and had even flown for around 100 hours. But during the lockdowns, I had this self-introspecting moment which made realise that travel is what I want to full time. Since then, I have been travelling and trading the markets.

I prefer to explore hidden and offbeat place as opposed to the touristy spots and destinations.
A firm believer that if you truly want to explore a place, you need to immerse yourselves into the local culture and become friends with the inhabitants of that place - the reason I prefer to stay in home stays and hostels whenever I’m travelling.

Couchsurfing is a great platform for bag packers like us to travel across the globe with minimal expenses.

I fail to understand when people use Couchsurfing just to get a free stay. It goes way beyond that - getting to know your hosts, exchanging our cultures or maybe even talking about travel or life experiences.

It is ironic how budget friendly trips become one of the most memorable trips - as we take a step beyond our comfort zone and open up ourselves to interact with locals and immerse in the culture of places we travel to.

Reading is a habit I developed during covid.
I’ve read more than 100 books in past three years and can for sure say they have played a major role in my transformation as a person in general.
I mostly read Non Fictions generally around self growth, traveling, financial markets and spirituality
