Hello travellers, I'm Peter, bred and raised in HONG KONG (Special Administrative Region of China), not from Mainland CHINA. We Hong Kongers do share the same ethic background, but not just the "Chinese" picture in culture context, e.g Mandarin isn't our mother tongue & we write traditional Chinese character). If you've followed news you probably knew how chaotic things between China&HongKong went back in 2019

I'd describe myself as a resilient, perceptive, spontaneous, deep, empathetic, idea-driven, sober person (unless you feed me alcohol), who also lives the idea of minimalism. As a result it gets me pretty low maintenance and uncomplicated.
After all the travels I have had, it has established a new mentality that refine my inner-peace and acceptance to differences between individuals. And here I am, doing my best to contribute, giving back to the community :)

As a mad enthusiast on possibility and randomness, the tide brought me to the Arctic Norway by sheer chance. After working as a tour guide in a dog yard and taking northern light tours a few winters back, I started my master degree in 2019 fall, followed the guidance of northern lights, to pursue the meaning of my uncertain life.
Due to corona I am relocated to Oslo

Through Couchsurfing I was connected to variety of fantastic people, eventually it altered my life dramatically thanks to all the new insight and thoughts brought by them. Never in a day I regret my decision to throw myself to the world, and became who I am now.

The depth of human mind mesmerized me above and beyond. Has always been a big fan of deep talks, topic like politics, humanity, philosophy, psychology and culture, all these that generates different perspectives are all my go to. Nothing can beat a rewarding brain-stimulated conversation within an openminded environment :)

As a typical Asian kid, I was taking the music path when I was struggling in the competitive society system. Classical piano and violin was my kick before I comprehended what is the idea of "freedom".

I can also show you my ability of hear "the colour of music", basically a human tuner. It has been a big part of my life and has taught me wisdom along the ups and downs.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Consider it an amazing journey(and gonna be more amazing, hands down), just hard to have only one amazing thing in life! Like:

-Survived in the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami in Phuket, Thailand

-Dog sledding in Northern Norway while watching huge northern lights expanding, lighting up the sky.

-Hitchhiked with my 1st timer Swedish buddy in Northern Sweden when no other public transport available at that time. Felt extremely achievable and brilliant when my buddy was absolutely joyful about his 1st experience.

-Staying authentic for what and who I am
