I have studied aerospace engineering. Worked and lived in Netherlands as an engineer for a few years.

Then I went to Arizona, US to fullfill my dreams to become a pilot. Fortunately, it ended with success : ) Now, I am a long haul airline pilot of beautiful Airbus 330 and 350 aircrafts.

I love aircrafts and anything that can fly.

I like to travel and it is a part of my job : ) I am playing guitar and percusion instruments, I sing in a a band of pilots however I am not a proffesional musician.

I have lived in 4 countries namely Netherlands,US,Belgium,UK.

I like to learn different languages. Special interest on Russian, Spanish and Japanese.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Above all, I like to hear about different cultures, food, languages and music. I love to meet people from abroad even though I see them everyday due to my job.

I wanna serve any couch-surfer with my couch in my flat at the center of Kadikoy.

I had some other experiences in hospitalityclub. I got some visitors in Istanbul and when i was in Slovakia and France, coachsurfers hosted me there.

- Flying over the Istanbul with a 1976 model Cessna172

- Rope jumping from a cliff with a handmade setup in Russia (Ekaterinburg)

- Aerobatic flight in Nashville with an experimental aircraft.

I can teach the simple principles of aircrafts, turkish language and cooking. I can share my memories from different countries and also answer the questions about the life of an airline pilot : )
