My name is Nikita, I’ve not been travelling the longest so far but I plan to see the whole world! I love to meet new people, to see new places, to try new things, I want to do it all! I excel at making friends with anybody I have the pleasure of coming across, and I love to hear others’ stories, thoughts, experiences, and emotions! Hopefully I can hear yours’ as well!

I have found that I love to travel, and I would love to do so much more, I want to meet people from every corner of the world and make friends with them too! I am a huge sucker for good coffee and every animal I have ever encountered. I’ve a lot of love and passion for the world :D

I also like to think that I am pretty laid back, I’ve no expectations, just grateful to be in this world :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing because I want to experience others! Different perspectives, different approaches to life, fascinating stories, amazing experiences, and hopefully I can make some life long friends as well :) it is a community that I not only hope to participate in, but to contribute towards in the future as well!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love music! I love to listen to any genre as well, but I feel that doesn’t effectively add to conversation or my character.

My absolute favourite genres are where I can feel the beat in my soul! Reggaeton and Afrobeats always get me going, I just can’t help but move my body or nod my head to the beat, it’s heaven to my ears :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach English, and I’d love to learn Spanish or even just a few words in your own language, I love being able to say hello to anyone in their native tongue :)

I’d also love to learn how to cook some traditional meals from your home country!

Unfortunately Canada doesn’t have any particularly traditional meals (unless you wanna learn how to douse fries with gravy and cheese) as we are so appreciatory of all the good food the rest of the world has provided us :)
