Hi, my name is Nick. I'm a teacher from the UK, currently living in London. I love traveling, meeting new people and experiencing different cultures. I'm really into outdoor activities, particularly walking, cycling and surfing.

I've done a lot of traveling and have lived abroad, most recently I spent time working and living in Sierra Leone. I live meeting new people, learning more about other cultures, and hearing people's stories.

I am really interested in learning languages! I speak French, Russian, Spanish and German - I don't speak perfectly but I love to practice!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm new to couch surfing! I think it's really great that couch surfing allows people from all over the world to meet up and share experiences. I love hearing other people's stories of their travels and getting a more local perspective on places I visit.

I hitch hiked across Europe from London to Morocco for charity; I lived in rural Zambia for 7 months; I cycled to Istanbul from Zurich;
