One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Rajastan: A friend and i did a backpacking trip across north india. One of the routes was to go through Rajastan. We saw loads of crazy things there. The craziest being the Karni Mata Temple at Bikaner. It's Not for the Squeamish for sure. Karni Mata is a rat temple... thats right... a rat temple and you have thousands of rats roaming around freely. They bump into you and walk over your feet at times. They never bite or nibble though. The Local myth goes that the rats are reincarnations of souls who the godess karni mata keeps there, as she doesnt want to give these souls to the God of Death (Yama). The experience is awesome and its a must go.

Another one of my crazy experiences would be Paragliding training. For a person who was scared of heights, flying solo at a height of 200mtrs is an amazing experience in itself. If you are up for it, would love to take you paragliding, its 3 hrs from Mumbai.
