About Me

I'm an alien monkey from a faraway galaxy stranded on Earth.
Unlike earthling monkeys, I don’t throw shit at people even though some people might deserve it.
Regardless where you stand on shit-throwing, please don't do that in my house.
My spaceship broke down, so I can’t bring you along on an intergalactic road trip unless you can help fix it.
Now, if you’re still reading and you want to visit me, READ THIS STUFF:

"I need a place where to stay for free to save money while traveling"
Here's a list of homeless shelters in Sydney: https://tinyurl.com/ytz8vtts

"I love food / I'm a foodie / I want to try all the restaurants"
I like eating well as much as I have zero interest in you as a person.

"Let's go to a club / pub / dancing / drinking"
No.

"Hello beautiful soul / Good vibes"
Please, detonate now.

Anyone else, you can keep reading.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To bang as many chicks as possible.
No, just kidding.
To bang as many dudes as possible.
Kidding again.

People are interesting, friends are never enough, and there is something to learn even from the worst specimens.

Once we meet, we might end up becoming friends, business partners, archenemies, hanky-pankers, astronauts, found-again separated-at-birth twins, or, most likely, nothing. There’s only one way to find out.

Interests

I love wild nature and challenging multi-day off-track treks, possibly multi-terrain, camping, packrafting... (I will go hiking when I'm in a wheelchair, thanks but no thanks).

I'm a storyteller (photo, video, writing, music, poetry, anything goes)

I love computer programming and boardgames (I'm a nerd)

BJJ and Bouldering keep me mentally sane.

I don't do drugs. I don't smoke. I don't drink, except when I do (which I don't, except when I do [which I don't...]).
Also, weed doesn't really count as a drug (but it does [but it doesn't...])

No beetroot.

I don't eat animals.
I don't care if you do.
Just don't asks me why, since when... do your own research come to your own conclusions and, most importantly, leave me out of this whole process :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: The XX, Mumford and Sons, Arctic Monkeys, Imagine Dragons, Massive Attack, some Bossa Nova, some Italian Indie shit... it depends on the mood. I also like to write/play weird storytelling spoken word sort of things… which I should be ashamed of.

I used to dislike rap/hiphop so much, then trap music became a thing, and guess what… rap/hiphop is still my least favorite genre. I don’t know if you can sense the gravity of that. Also not a fan of heavy (heavy-heavy) metal, house, techno, and overly commercial pop.

Books: I should write less and read more.

Movies: It's a sensitive topic. I can appreciate good movies but I like Stallone too. We can debate this topic over a cup of tea. Bring cookies.

Only two guests actually brought cookies so far. Thanks Dario and Elodie (Brownies) Thanks Kati (Oreos).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Depending on your definition of "almost", I almost died 15+ times.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm not a teacher, please help yourself and absorb my knowledge.
I'm not a student but I learn as much as I can, by osmosis.
I share everything: private is nonsense.

What I Can Share with Hosts

You can choose between brain-boiling conversations and a really awkward silence.
I can also share myself as a human container of experiences, whatever that means.

If you've been reading my profile all the way to here, we're basically in a relationship now.
Please remind me of our anniversary. If I forget, that doesn't mean I don't love you.

I'm happy to spend time together, especially if that involves traveling, life-threatening adventures, filmmaking, storytelling, creating a businesses, or (literally) planning to conquer the world.
Other things I might say maybe to include less exciting outdoor adventures, some sports, cuddling, house parties, boardgames, artsy stuff… however several severe conditions apply and long story short, it’s not gonna happen.

Thing I will say no to include: pubs, musicals, gigs, festivals, dancing, going to the beach just for the sake to go to the beach, karaoke… please, don’t ask.
