Overview
About Me
Hey there! I'm an Emergency Room doctor in NYC who loves traveling.
New York is one of my favorite cities - a diverse, international metropolis with the opportunity to meet people from all over the world, and of course the city that never sleeps.
On the weekends I’m not working, you’ll usually find me chilling at a rooftop bar or speakeasy, or planning my next trip abroad

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Some of my favorite moments have been authentic experiences of daily life - roaming around the Soviet classrooms at a university in Ukraine; sitting in on a German class in Turkey and somehow learning Turkish; visiting a high school in Poland; meeting people from Turkmenistan dressed in traditional clothing
These experiences meant more to me than going around to all the touristy sites in a city

Teach, Learn, Share
I love learning about different ways of living, and I’m always up for a new experience. I like understanding the perspective of locals, so always happy to meet up! We can go for a walk, grab food, share a beer, and discover hidden parts of a city
I think language is an essential part of understanding a culture, so I do enjoy trying to learn new languages
