This is always the most difficult part....

I am a Scientist by profession, who loves to read, cook, dance, work out, run and meditate. I won’t say I am a ‘traveler’ yet, but I have been lucky to travel to five countries last year.
Born and raised in Delhi India. Moved to Arizona for my PhD and then to Tokyo for further research studies. Now, I live in Jersey City.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For now I am just looking to meet new people through couchsurfing events. In the very near future, I am going to host people and hopefully make friends for life!

I like various kinds of movies and music, so pointing favorites is difficult. But I do listen a lot of 70s-80s Rock, Punjabi music, some EDM.
Fav books so far: The Alchemist, The Little Paris Bookshop, The Forty Rules of Love..and discovering more fav books as I go on reading.

I have a PhD in Chemistry and have given talks at Oxford and Cambridge Univeristy, England.
