-Please come at my place before 9 PM when I host you as I have two children need to go to school another day .

-My place is not central, but it is nearby metro station and convenient.
- Last minute request can be accepted if the guest place is available. Please say "Nihao Maxiaoxing " in your request so I will know that you read my profile and accept house's rules .
