About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Well, I haven't thought much about this, I guess I want to meet new people, and learn a bit about other cultures. In addition, I enjoy hosting people, cooking, travelling to places, and in the winter skiing.

ABOUT ME

Well, all about myself, I like making all shorts of jokes about anything, but simultaneously I respect my colleagues. I have two children which stay with me some days a week, but I also enjoy hanging out, travelling, hiking, cycling, sharing some wine with some good friends, singing (if appropriate), or just staying home and reading a book.

PHILOSOPHY

Carpe diem.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far I have mainly participated in events, and hosted different visitors, But I would like to do more active travelling myself. I like sharing stories, meeting new people with completely different points of view, and broadening my horizons.

Interests

Hiking, Cycling, Skiing (both cross country and downhill), movies, books, making furniture, electronics, computers, cooking, going out with some friends, travelling to new places, learning new cultures, talking, singing ... many things in small amounts.

Music, Movies, and Books

In general, I like reading novels, authors like Perez Reverte, or John Grisham have many books in my shelves.

Music from Dire Straits, U2, Pink Floyd, Deep Purple, Coldplay, ... I don't know, I like many different groups, even newer ones, but those have a lot of songs in my playlists.

Regarding films, again it is a bit hard to summarize, I enjoy action or comedies, but I prefer thoughtful movies which make you think and are not predictable. The challenge is to find those.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I can make very funny practical jokes. Or sing in public (when correctly motivated)

Teach, Learn, Share

Umm, I guess I can teach how to cook Spanish food, but I can also drive you to the Ski center in Kongsberg, and we can go skiing together. I can also show you around. There are other things to share as a good conversation ... We will see.

Andorra, Ecuador, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Russian Federation, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom
