Overview
About Me
I'd consider myself to be an extroverted introvert, who enjoys going on adventures, meeting new people, and learning new things. I love spending time in nature, hiking and camping; but I also can be a homebody who loves spending time cozied up with a good book, writing, and baking.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My favourite part of traveling is meeting new people, making new connections, and curating my own experiences unique to each place I visit. I enjoy exploring the places only locals know of and learning about the people and places I'm staying by the people who know it best. I hope that by being here I am able to meet people I otherwise would've never met, and to also bring my own experiences and knowledge to share.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music:
I am very open to all genres of music, and discovering new artists and genres is one of my favourite past-times. I grew up with the influence of my mom, who is an avid country fan, and my dad, who prefers rock and heavy metal, so I have learned to appreciate these, and all the genres in-between. My favourite artist is Sarah Kinsley, who I recently saw live in Vancouver, and had the incredible opportunity to meet her after the show.
Movies:
I have compiled a list of my favourite movies that I continuously add to so that I never forget my favourites. The list is long but includes La La Land, Last Christmas, Seeking a friend for the end of the world, Little Miss Sunshine, Forgetting Sarah Marshall (best rom com ever), Coco, Soul, The Shawshank Redemption.
Books:
Similar to my taste in music, I can appreciate most books, despite their genre. I particularly have been into fantasy novels/series recently; Strange the Dreamer was a book that initiated my love for the fantasy genre.
