Sphoorti [pronounced as: sfu-rT] means energy and enthusiasm, and I've been told that I represent my name very well.

I like leading a health-driven lifestyle. I trust my dreams and work toward becoming capable enough to make them a reality. I believe in a give and take relationship and always try to follow the same.

Two fantabulous things that I've done:

I dance as I breathe. I have grown up learning classical Indian, Bollywood, Hip Hop, Punjabi, Salsa (a tad bit) and freestyle (now, I am into Zumba). You want a crash course in Bollywood dance? I am your woman. You will find me meditating at random times; you can join in any time. I am a huge believer in home-cooked meals and would be more than happy to cook Indian food for anyone who's up for it (even regularly, if wanted); I can't guarantee its taste, but it will definitely warm you up without upsetting your stomach. I'd also love to share whatever knowledge I have on healthy lifestyle and randomness.
