About Me

Since I had a lot of interest from guys, I want to make sure everyone understands I am 100 pct. straight - sorry dudes :)

And no, I'm not on Couchsurfing to look for sex with girls either.

Some quotes I like:

"Brevity is the soul of wit"

"The dogs are barking, but the caravan moves on"

"It is a poor sort of memory that only works backwards"

"Where ever you go, there you are"

If you asked me about my personal values, I would probably say honesty and curiosity about the world we live in.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet people, talk about the world, and practice languages. I especially like to speak Spanish, but I'm also trying to improve my German.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once I had the luck to visit the best country in the world.

The landscape was amazing:

The forest was Californian
The lakes were Guatemalan
The desert was Jordanian
The sunshine was Caribbean
The castles were Syrian
The snow was Norwegian
The glaciers were Icelandic

The people of that country were also really nice:

Their humour was English
The girls looked Lebanese
but they were also tall like the Dutch
and friendly like the Colombians

So I invited one of them for dinner:

The food was Greek
The wine and cheese were Spanish
The icecream was Italian
The tea was Indian

Later, we went for a drink:

The music was American - jazz, rock and blues
The beer was German
The tequila was Mexican

Next morning:

The coffee was Nicaraguan
The orange juice was Moroccan
But the pastry was of course Danish :)
