Hey I'm Tom and I'm looking forward to discovering your city or new cities and countries together with you. Briefly about me 24 years old I come from Germany and have lived there in Berlin and Ulm. Now I live and study in Munich (so Bavaria is known for the typical idea of Germans like beer, Oktoberfest, mountains and Dirndl haha). In my free time I'm travelling a lot with friends, exploring new places and doing new things , I do a lot of sports (Gym, MMA, Thai Boxing and Soccer). I am interested in philosophy, technology and startups and love to help people and just make a difference in the world.

I have a girlfriend and we also like to travel together.
Travelling gives me/us the opportunity to develop and gain new perspectives. As a nature and animal lover, it is especially fascinating for me to explore the beauty and diversity of the earth.

Pros:

- Uncomplicated, easy-going and very tolerant

Cons:
- Sometimes out of sorts
- Not your typical German - punctuality is not always my strong point when I meet up with my friends (but with you I make an extra effort haha)
- Dry sense of humour and sometimes very sarcastic

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Welcome to my Couchsurfing world! The reason I'm here can be summed up in four simple words: meet, make, explore and laugh.

First and foremost, I am here to meet new people - interesting people from different corners of the world. It's a chance to make contacts and hear stories that broaden our horizons. I believe that every encounter has the potential to leave a special impression in our lives.

Also, making new friends is a great joy for me. I love meeting people with different backgrounds and interests. For me, this is the best way to get to know yourself better and improve yourself.

Then comes the heart of the adventure - exploring new cities and countries. Couchsurfing opens the doors to a world full of surprises, where every place has its own magic to discover.

And last but not least: fun. For me, having a cool time means enjoying every moment with humour and joy. Not taking yourself too seriously and also laughing at yourself.
