About Me

**
I live in a city with different cultural backgrounds, influenced by colonial idiosincracy, although most of its inhabitants are not really conscious about.

The city is divided by Chillon and Rimac Rivers, and it's growth has been limited by surrounding hills. Downtown is close to Rimac River, at the south. Most touristic places are in the southern part of Lima.
Lima is a nice city, and has some "small town" places, but should improve its security.

I try to be practical in most situations.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

**
I haven't been thinking on the city I live as a touristical city.
Some years ago when living in what I thought was the most boring city in Peru, I found travelers that enjoyed it. Some traveled alone and some gathered in group. They might have different budgets, but all had in common the willingness to meet local culture.
Besides, when meeting people from outside is somehow like travelling.
