We are a french couple who have been travelling for more than 21 months now through the Pacific. We are currently in Working Holliday Visa in Australia, and we explore a bit of Asia within two periods of work.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We love adventure, this is why we choose to mostly use Couchsurfing and a tent for our accommodation, to be a lot in contact with the home people and the nature. Discover the gastronomy, the language and the habits of the people, and of course ask for some tips about the place and the country we are in. To be grateful with our host, we could help while we are here, gardening, cooking, etc, and Melanie would be honoured to check your animal !

Music, Movies, and Books

Mélanie listen nothing and all but, the kind of music she loves are.... Latin's music and the song that move.
Yohann is kind of the same but is more with Rap, Pop, Rock, Reggae.

Concerning Books, Yohann has just achieved The Lord Of The Rings (after have seen a hundred of times the 3 movies). He used to read Classic french's books and theater (Moliére, Shakespeare, Rostand).
Melanie likes read all kind of books but now, she's reading a novel.

We both can watch all kind of movies, but action, Fantasy and adventure movies are our favorite (Marvel's studio in particular).
Mélanie has a preference with movies including animals, guess why...
Yohann loves the classic's, Harry Potter, Star Wars, The Lord Of The Ring, etc.. Although we like History, and others kind of movies by the way.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- We ve been chase by an Orang outan
- We met a Casoar as we were eating in the back of our car in the middle of a National park
- We climbed the mount Rinjani
- We are travelling for more than a year and half now on the Pacific

Teach, Learn, Share

We could share our experiences, we ll love learn everything you could teach us, and we ll try to teach you some French's words or something you would learn from us ! And obviously one couch for you when you ll visit France !
