Somos Diego de Argentina y Kary de México, un matrimonio viajero atrapados por la belleza de la Isla Holbox, lugar donde residimos los últimos 3 años. Y como somos almas viajeras, aprovechamos la temporada baja para viajar por 3 meses cada año. Somos amantes de lugares con mucha naturaleza, cultura e historia.Nos encanta explorar nuevas rutas, andar en moto, pasar por pueblos poco turísticos, hacer senderismo, probar platillos nuevos y sobre todo nos gusta compartir e intercambiar cultura y experiencias de vida y viajes con locales o viajeros.

Hello travelers!

We are Diego from Argentina and Kary from Mexico, a traveling couple trapped by the beauty of Isla Holbox, where we have lived for the last 3 years. And since we are traveling souls, we take advantage of the low season to travel for 3 months each year. We are lovers of places with a lot of nature, culture and history. We love to explore new routes, ride a motorcycle, go through little-touristy towns, go hiking, try new dishes and above all we like to share and exchange culture and life and travel experiences with locals or travelers.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Nos encontramos en CS por el gusto de compartir información, anécdotas sobre viajes, aprender idiomas, vivir tradiciones y nuevas culturas de cada lugar al que visitamos y con personas que nos encontramos en el camino.
Los meses que estamos en la isla procuramos alojar a algún viajero, aunque nuestro espacio es muy reducido porque vivimos en un camping, pero si te lees la descripción en el apartado de alojamiento, quizá nos podemos coordinar.

We meet at CS for the pleasure of sharing information, travel anecdotes, learning languages, experiencing traditions and new cultures from each place we visit and with people we meet along the way.
The months that we are on the island we try to accommodate a traveler, although our space is very small because we live in a campsite, but if you read the description in the accommodation section, perhaps we can coordinate.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

No podemos elegir solo uno, la vida viajera nos ha bendecido con muchos sucesos increíbles, desde
viajar por Cuba durante un mes al estilo cubano y de mochila, sacando de nosotros el aventurero que tenemos dentro hasta el limite o haber conocido a alguien casualmente en el autobús en Hanoi y nos haya prestado sin conocernos su moto para viajar por todo Vietnam Y así muchas situaciones que ni nosotros mismos podemos creer que nos puedan llegar a pasar, todas increíblemente buenas.

Estamos abiertos al aprendizaje constante, sobre todo de idiomas. Nos gusta aprender y compartir frases o palabras del idioma de cada país que visitamos como de nuestra lengua materna, así como intercambiar recetas de platillos típicos.
