Hi, I would say I'm friendly person who tries to keep a relaxed attitude in life. I exercise yoga and meditation and love to spend time in nature. I read a lot (of spiritual books) and try to bring that knowledge into daily life.

I Love the conversations with God Books from Neale Donald Walsh. I've possibly read them more then four times.. I've lost count :). And read many other books like the power of now from Eckhart tolle.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Track racing on my bike with friends.

Hiking for 6 day's in nature by myself.

For some people it's special but I like it: A 10 day's silent meditation retreat.
