I'm not a fluent English speaker, but I really enjoy chatting with people from different countries and engaging in cultural exchanges.
For me, language is not a barrier for communication, especially with the use of translation software nowadays.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I using Couchsurfing because I enjoy listening to people share their stories and learning about the cultures from different countries.

Actually, I've created a Couchsurfing account several years ago, but I didn't really use it until 2023.
The reason that reignited my interest in Couchsurfing is because when I was travel in Japan in 2023, I've a small talk with a Hong Kong girl, and she shared a lot of stories about how she travels around via Couchsurfing, that was really amazing!

Since I rented a studio flat in New Taipei City, I've started hosting couchsurfers and assist them gain deeper insights into my country(Taiwan).
Maybe when I travel to other countries, I can also use this way to better understand and experience the local way of life.
