Hi everyone! My name is Saya and I’m from the coldest place in the world - Yakutia (Russia)! I’m just an ordinary girl who loves traveling, exploring new places and of course meeting new people. My first travel abroad was to South Korea as an exchange student and that’s how I fell in love with traveling! I’m really shy at the beginning but after I get to know you better I’ll be your best friend!:D I reaaaaally like to meet new people, listen to their stories, talk about everything, walk around and talk, talk and talk!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My close friend experienced CS couple of time and were so excited about it so I decided to experience it on my next trip. I think CS is the best way to meet new people and to find friends while traveling.

Interests

I’m in love with music and traveling! Actually I always with headphones and listen to music along the way. There is nothing better for me than listening to music while traveling and thinking about everything. I also like to meet new people, chat over a beer or walk around the city and talk.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to any music, but prefer pop. Don’t really watch movies, but I love to watch all parts of Harry Potter, Maleficent and Disney cartoons.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I climbed a Pukhansan mountain in Korea although I’m really afraid of heights. While climbing the mountain, I thought I would stumble and die, but after I saw the most amazing view in my life, I thought it was worth it.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you Russian or Yakutian! I like cooking and learning languages so I would love to cook with you or learn your native language. We can just teach each other our languages or share our stories while cooking something!:D
