Developing a long distance hiking trail in France.

ABOUT ME

Became addicted to long distance hiking!
Walked the Te Araroa Trail in New Zealand (3000km-5 months), the Shikoku Pilgrimage in Japan (1200km), the Bibbulmun Track in Western Australia (1000km), the Israel National Trail (1000km), the Pacific Crest Trail in the US, from Mexico to Canada (4200 km), the Irish Coast to Coast (700km), the GR 34 (2000km around the coast of Britanny) and the GR11 (900km across the spanish Pyrennees).

I love cinema ,music and beer.
I spent a year wwoofing (work in organic farms) in South Korea and Japan. Been away from home for 10 years, mostly in New Zealand, Japan, Australia and South Korea.
...and as a perfect French guy, I could kill all my family and friends for a good piece of cheese.
And yours for a good Belgian beer.

In my opinion,the beauty of CS is that most of the time, your hosts know they will probably never see you again but they still do their best to host you as a friend and don't expect anything back but a good time with you.
It gives faith in humanity and we need it!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Have been in Kansai(Japan)for hanami,the cherry blossom and it was just outstanding.
Went back during the autumn colors and it was even better!
Had a road trip in New Zealand with 4 people I met separately 2 years before in Japan.
Hiked in amazing places around the world.
Now addicted to long distance hiking.

Teach, Learn, Share

I didn't graduate,I quit high school to start working at 17 as a movie projectionist,which is now a trade that doesn't exist anymore.
I can teach you how to say platypus in Japanese and how to string a beautiful sentence around it.
That might be usefull at some point, you never know.
