Hi everyone, I'm a yoga teacher, yoga therapist, author and coach. When I'm not travelling or touring to give workshops, I live with my boyfriend in Belgium. I lived in England for 5 years and Thailand for 5 years, as well as spent large amounts of time in Turkey, India and Mexico.

I love dancing, spending time relaxing in nature, submersing my body in water, nourishing foods, meeting people with an open heart and singing.

My boyfriend Quentin is a musician and also practices yoga. Together we run song circles and are starting to offer sound healing together.

We don't eat meat, nor smoke.

I love exchanging ideas on somatics, healing, shamanic journeys or setting up your own business. Quentin always travels with a guitar and is happy to play and jam. We are both global citizens and love meeting and sharing other travelers.
