Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My first couchsurfing experience happened by accident. I was bike-camping with my friend and we ended up on the outskirts of a tiny town called Ste-Clothilde-de-Châteauguay in the evening with no idea where the closest campgrounds were. A nice little old couple took us in for the night, let us pitch the tent on their land, fed us and told us stories. They were definitely not CSers, but the experience led me to couchsurfing.
Since then, I've surfed, hosted, tour guided, etc. in Quebec City, Montreal, Ottawa-Gatineau, Toronto, St-Jean-sur-Richelieu and Melbourne.
Keen to keep going.
Interests
I adore food. Health food, junk food, flawless food, dumspter food, comfort food, weird-is-this-actually-food?-food. I love it all.
Languages are something I would love to learn.
Most of the time, I like my flowers and plants very much alive. None of that pot-pourri, pressed flowers, or store-bought flower bouquet stuff.
Coriander and Basil are my friends. As is Nutmeg.
I enjoy stupid jokes and dumplings and bikes. I love pictures.
Community is important. So is health and well-being.
I also have an abnormal love for lists. But I'm trying to keep that under control.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Biked over a bridge surrounded by the thickest fog I've ever encountered (couldn't see if there was any bridge left 30 feet in front of me). Soft misty pure white fog brushing against my cheek adding to the bliss of cycling...
