Overview
About Me
I like to keep myself busy and enjoy little things. I do love nature and outdoor activities, but when we are speaking about travelling everything suits me! I crave new experiences, and I like the idea of going anywhere :)
My job has always been in tech security, and as of now I am doing that for an NGO to support journalism. I am also currently doing a two year master in that field in the Netherlands.
I am always interested in learning new things of any kind and sharing what I know. I like researching the actual political and social contexts of the place I visit to really understand issues, life, struggles and joy anywhere.
I love the outdoors in general and can gladly join any sport activity, be it volleyball, running, hiking, playing football or anything else.
I also try to keep updated as much as I can on the current global issues and news, as well as with local and non local political developments.
When I visit a place, if I can, I do really want to meet with locals, especially outside touristic areas, to get to touch how life really is for the people there. In reality, a lot of times traveling is even more about who you meet rather than where you are :)
I am also very much into analog photography.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Now that I am approaching finishing my studies and have a stable remote work, I am planning on travelling more. Couchsurfing offers the perfect opportunity to solo travel while socializing with people. At the same time, avoiding touristic accomodations allow me to avoid the turistic bubble and get in touch with the reality of the place.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love going to live events, and anything could suit my music taste! That does not mean that I like everything, just that any genre could have something for me. So whether we are talking folk, jazz, pop or prog rock I am still in.
Electronic too and I have a lot to share there!
The same goes for reading, it mostly depends on my mood and my life situation.
I like a lot of different movies, and also very old ones. Miyazaki masterpieces are always a comfort for me. Otherwise I like sci-fi, such as Villeneuve movies, Garland movies, but also thrillers and documentaries. Basically everything that does not sound like the same movie again.
