Well my name is Stephane! I am a french canadian (from Quebec) I am a chef and I am passionate in the culinary art, music, literature, philosophy, psychology and all different culture... I like to cook and share good moments with different people while we're having a good chat.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't use this service a lot so I don't have a big background. I met a few people with it host once but i'll like to use it more because I think it can make you meet some great people and make you discover a different view of the cities you visit.

Music : Random Recipe, Frank Turner, Lifehouse, Angus and Julia Stone, Bernard Adamus, The XX, Alexandre Poulin and my itunes is always getting more and more charged because I like to discover new style, new singner, new group I really enjoy to discuss about music.

Books : I like spirituality books or real life story about traveling or how people grow up emotionaly...
I like (the power of now by Eckart Tolle), Life safari - the 'why are you here' cafe by John P. Strlecky, Conversation with God, I like Paulo Coelho as well (I've read the Alchimist and the Pilgramage from him but I still want to read more)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I would like to see all the world so since then i've seen Quebec (in Canada - where I'm from), all the U.S. east coast, a bit on the west coast, a bit of dominican republica, all around Australia, a quick look of New-Zealand, Bali and Nepal I would like to do an Asian trip, make an humanity project in Latin America and walk the camino de santiago in Sapin as well as the east coast .... South africa would be interesting as an Euro trip (England, germany, Ireland, France, Belgium, Italy, Spain ...) South America catch my interest as well ..... I just began to learn spanish..
