Hi I'm Jack and I am studying International Management at the University of Manchester.

I love sports, music, clubbing, travelling and meeting new people. This summer I will be backpacking across South America, chilling for 2 weeks in the Caribbean before partying hard in Cyprus and at Cream Fields!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

A few summers ago myself and a friend couch surfed for 3 weeks in France, Belgium and Holland.

I have also hosted one suffer thus far!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Me and my friend used couch surfing for the 1st time a few summers ago during a 3 week trip around Europe. Couchsurfing was a wonderful experience, we met so many new people and experienced new things.

I have since hosted one surfer, who had previously hosted me and my friend in Rotterdam.

Intereses

I love sport and live a very active lifestyle. I play football and used to swim competitively. I am also a qualified open water diver, having completed my course in Koh Tao during my time in Singapore.

I enjoy going out to bars and clubbing with friends. I love to travel to new places and have now managed to visit every continent excluding Australasia!

Música, películas y libros

Movies- Personal favourites include The ShawShank Redemption, LOTR trilogy, The Dark Knight, The Usual Suspects & Taken. No favourite genre.

Music- Open to any genre but my preference is dance. My favourite band at the moment is Chase & Status who I have seen live twice. I love rap, hip hop, rnb, dance and drum & bass.

Books- Favourite books would be the Lord of the Rings trilogy plus the Hobbit, The Harry Potter Series and The Hunger Games trilogy. I am currently reading the Songs of Ice and fire books.

Couchsurfing in Dunkirk our host Caroline drove us to Amsterdam to watch Holland vs Spain in the World Cup Final. Only on couchsurfing can you do something as crazy and unreal as that!
