On my trips with couchsurfing, I always met very lovely people. I never made a bad experience. I guess it's a similar mindset which makes people choose couchsurfing as a way of traveling.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've met some great people in San Diego who have offered me a couch for a while.
They were pilots and they gave me not only a scenic flight over San Diego, they even flew me to my next destination. It was awesome!
