I love to meet new people from all around the world. In my job, I meet immigrant teenagers from countries with political instability( Afganistan, Syria, Guinea, etc.) and I learn so much from them.
It seems sad but at the same time these young people are so positive, it gives me energy and curiosity about other cultures.
I am used to openness to different cultures since my mother is from France, and my father as Ukrainian and latvian roots and I grew up in Belgium.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to be on Couchsurfing because meeting local people is one of the best ways to understand a country.
I have three sisters and I have always lived with other people so I am really used to share and have fun around a big table with friends and folks.

Interests

As a hobby I follow acting class (Tchekov method) which gives attention to intuition and openness to others.
I also love to draw and to play music (accordeon, trumpet and voice).
I love to do hiking in the countryside or in new cities, getting lost and finding surprises around the corner.
My sisters are married with people from other countries (Brazil, France, Italy) so I got to know more about these places thanks to them.

I read a lot of spiritual books (philosophical) and novels (Isabel Allende is one of my favorite author)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to work to Mali with a NGO and I set up a theater show with street kids.

Teach, Learn, Share

I worked during two years as a volunteer supporting children difficulties.
I am learning how to write and draw children books in a art Academy.
I love to share my music with other musicians.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I hope to share a fun moment with people like me : wanting to laugh as much as possible while we are on this earth!
And jam sessions would definitely be great!

I can cook for you (I am the queen of the couscous because I travelled three times to Morroco) ;)
