About Me

About Me:

I am a happy and adventurous fellow, and an extrovert who loves connecting with people of all walks of life.
I was raised in Boise, ID and loved it here all through my childhood. I went off to college for a bit and then traveled/vagabonded for 5 years to get to experience as much of the world as possible until settling down. I ended up settling back in Boise in 2018 after a 4 month motorcycle trip (visited 85 cities), as I realized how special Boise is after my ventures.
I now work in a Non-Profit called Families & Youth of Idaho where we support and advocate for Parent and Youth with mental health struggles. Excited to continue exploring and meeting good people:)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm all about meeting people and it makes so much more sense to make friendships when traveling than to pay lots of money to sit in a room by yourself.

Music, Movies, and Books

Reading: I've loved reading since forever. All things with self-improvement, relationships, health, leadership & business.
Music: I’m kinda basic and love me some good mainstream pop and sappy songs
Movies: I do love getting into a good TV show but usually end up so busy that I never actually get started🤪

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Was a long term teacher for the 2022-2023 school year at Sage Charter and design curriculum where I taught student all sorts of things from entrepreneurial business creation & career projects to poetry slams & career projects. And then I was voted Freshman Teacher of the Year at the end of the school year. I loved the experience!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I will share conversation of course, but also I'd be happy to have a meal out or bring some food back to the house to share. I'm very self-dependent and can easily enjoy doing things on my own or with others. The last thing i want is for people to feel the need to entertain me.
