ABOUT ME

Hey you !

My name is Flo. I love to travel and to meet new people, to talk about what they love, what they believe in, what they wants to do in their lives...
I enjoy long walk in countryside, swimming in the sea or just chill on the beach, spending nights skanking on deep reggae roots vibes as well as sharing in green tea during a rainy sunday afternoon... All what french writer Andre Breton call "the gold of time".

I worked last years in India, Afghanistan and Central African Republic which gave opportunity to spend time in wonderful Nepal.I traveled also little bit i Europe when I was younger.

I continue my way on the road of life, meeting people and time will tell where my feet will go.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

It is my very first time on couchsurfing so I don't know yet. I hope to meet people by this way and as soon as I will have my own place, I will share my place with travelers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I met coushsurfers thanks to friends who experienced it before me. It was always fun to share with people from place that I even don't know at all ! For the rest, time will tell !

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was in India for work, in Kolkata. Thins were quite hard and after 6 months, I needed to "breathe".

I went to Nepal, to Pokhara. From there, I walked around Anapurna moutain. It took me more than 12 days. I walked from 800 meters high to 5 418m, to Thorung la pass. I did it completly alone, without guide, carrying my own bag, and with an absolutly non adapted equipment ! It was hard, wonderful, refreshing, open minding... a storm of feelings when I stood up, alone, on the pass...

Teach, Learn, Share

I can not pretend to be a teacher. I believe in what I wrote over : " Each one teach one".
I am ready to talk about anything, ready to learn anything, ready to share more anything that I could.
Personaly, I would lie to know more about carpentry and also about music editing.. but it is also so uch reducing ! I never want to stop to learn.
I have a good background in social work in france. I have experience workin with children and their family. I have also now skills in project coordination and I can help for admin or accountancy stuff, as well a fund raising, communication, planning.... ( I know it sounds boring but if you are a fantastic idea, you will need such stuff to reach your goal !;) )
